Bookbuilders Northcoast (BBNC) Networking Salon & Dinner

Thursday, June 26th, 6:30–9:00 p.m., Ledford House Restaurant, Albion 

Featured Speaker: Malcolm Margolin of Heyday Books 

Malcolm Margolin, a publisher who honors the literary, historical, cultural and environmental aspects of California, will be the featured speaker at the quarterly Networking Salon of Bookbuilders Northcoast on Thursday, June 26.   

As founder of Heyday Books, Margolin features books that pay tribute to his adopted home state. Heyday also publishes two magazines: News from Native California and Bay Nature.   

Known for his charm, wit, and wisdom, Margolin will highlight the dinner gathering at Ledford House Restaurant (http://www.ledfordhouse.com), 3000 North Highway One, Albion, 95410, from 6:30–9:00 p.m. The title of his talk is “Traditional Book Publishing in an Electronic Age.” Reservations are required by June 20th. The cost is $25 at the door (cash or checks made payable to Ledford House Restaurant). The French Bistro Dinner includes: salad; your choice of fish stew, lamb stew, or gnocchi (vegetarian); dessert; coffee or iced tea (Selections are to be made at the restaurant the night of the event.)
